Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using PartyUp!, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes your acceptance.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use PartyUp!. By using the app you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and consented to these terms.

Account Registration

You must create an account to use PartyUp!. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep that information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@getpartyup.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use PartyUp! to: post content that is unlawful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable; impersonate any person or entity; distribute spam, viruses, or malicious code; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service; scrape, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of the app; or violate any applicable laws or regulations.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these terms.

User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to PartyUp! (photos, messages, reactions). By submitting content, you grant PartyUp! a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the service.

You are solely responsible for your content and the consequences of sharing it. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms or our Community Guidelines.

Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to PartyUp! — including the name, logo, app design, code, and all original content — are owned by or licenced to PartyUp!. Nothing in these terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or other brand features without our prior written permission.

In-App Purchases

PartyUp! may offer optional in-app purchases. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Prices are subject to change, and we will notify you before any changes affect you. Purchases are processed through the platform's official payment system (App Store or Google Play).

Disclaimers

PartyUp! is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PartyUp! and its affiliates, officers, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the app, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Madrid, Spain.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to PartyUp! at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. You may also delete your account at any time from the app settings. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
